I love water. I love candles. I love purple.  What about you?

After a long hard day, you grab a cup of Rooibos Tea and sit and watch this!
It's almost like watching fish.
Very mesmerizing.

9 ways to prevent cancer.

I love watching Dr. Oz!

You can learn some valuable info.

Here's the latest from Dr. Oz!

9 Ways to Prevent Cancer

Did you know that a few small lifestyle changes can cut your risk of cancer by nearly a third? Here's a preliminary list of cancer-preventive changes to make:
  1. Quit smoking. Firsthand or secondhand, it's all out of hand. Ready to stop smoking? Here's how!

  2. Eat fish, fruit, vegetables, and 100 percent whole grains. We do. These low-cal, high-nutrient foods reduce all kinds of cancer risk (heart disease, too).

  3. Cut bad fats and meat. The saturated fat (and calorie overkill) in red meat and full-fat dairy puts you at higher risk for both colon and prostate cancer (and all kinds of other trouble).

  4. Watch your waist. Staying slim cuts down on breast, prostate, lung, colon, and kidney cancers. Discover more ways to shrink belly fat.

  5. Exercise. Just a brisk 30-minute walk daily fights both colon cancer and breast cancer.

  6. Go easy on alcohol. No "Cheers." More than one daily drink for women and two for guys increases risk of breast, colon, lung, kidney, and liver cancers.

  7. Block that sun. Hats, cover-ups, shade, and SPF 30 sunscreen can protect you from skin cancer. Literally. Know the danger signs? Do a skin cancer self-examination.

  8. See your doc. Get screened for skin, colon, prostate, cervix, and breast cancers.

  9. Zap cancer-causing viruses. Get vaccinated against hepatitis B and HPV (human papillomavirus).

now you know!

Today on www.LIBRadio.com we have two dynamic programs on health and the fight against these DAMNED corporations:
1) Scientific American has posted a significant study, "Should We Eat Meat?" - For those who still haven't come to understand that the science of human physiology is contradictory to the Standard American Diet, we have an extensive article from one of the most credible science research magazines in the world.  If you KNEW that your food was toxic, contaminated, dangerous and full of feces, would you eat it anyway?
2) Glaxo Smith Kline Exposed Bribery Scandals in China and the U.S. - These latest revelations on GSK's bribery scandal in China pail in comparison to what they and other pharmaceutical companies have been getting away with in the U.S for decades.  Learn how private doctors, celebrity media "doctors" and government regulatory agencies have all come under the spell of these corporations who desire that EVERY American be on some form of drugs.
Here are two great new programs we've added to our extensive catalog at our LIBRadio Archival Collection:
Falcon Forum Vol 397 - Hot today. Topics include: the media is still projecting the Trayvon Martin killing and racism; targeting Florida for sanctions; Blacks and tourism industries; the history of Sanford and Goldsboro, Obama's weak public response and moral character; can boycotts change things?; the Hegelian Dialectic; investing in family, economics and security; recalling Stand Your Ground laws; Internet spy networks making billions; Detroit collapses and files bankruptcy; the collapsing U.S. economy; NATO losing in Syria; Libyan blowback; and much more. (LIBMP3-3140)

Mad Cowboy Book Study Vol 2: Pt 1 What Is In the Meat / 2 Lymon's Chemical Conversion - In the first hour we continue with shocking revelations from the author about what is terribly wrong with farm factory meat in the U.S. The chemicals within the meat have created incredibly sick animals that are still used completely in the production processes. Next hour, Lymon's own background educated to be a "Green Revolution" chemical-based farmer made his operation much larger than that of his organic farming parents and grandparents. It nearly cost him his life as he became victim to the very chemicals he used in ruining his farm and beef products. (LIBMP3-3129B)
Thanks to all of you for your continued support in backing our ongoing efforts to transform our community and the world through life-enhancing information.  With your support we continue to get stronger and more focused on what really matters.  I hope to see you next month in Virginia at the Nat Turner Museum / Khalifah's Kujichagulia Village.
