The proposal will protect:  Probation (Courts)  Community Care Program (Aging)  Elderly Nutrition Program (Aging)  Veteran's Homes (Veterans' Affairs)  Medicaid (HFS)  Services for Mentally Ill (DHS0  Services for Developmentally Disabled (DHS)  Addiction Treatment (DHS)  Rehabilitation Services (DHS)  WIC Nutrition Program (DHS)  Childcare Services (DHS)  Home Services Program (DHS) Court Reporters in Juvenile and Criminal Courtrooms Sexually Violent Persons Program (DHS) School for the Deaf (DHS)  School for the Visually Impaired (DHS)  Independent Living (DHS)  Group Homes, Foster Care and Protective Services (DCFS)  Corrections (IDOC)  Juvenile Justice (DJJ)  National Guards (Military Affairs)  State Troopers (State Police)  Conservation Officers Salaries (DNR)  Potential Natural Disaster & Monitoring Nuclear Sites (IEMA)  Law Enforcement Purposes & Security (SOS) That's why I created a petition to The Illinois State House, The Illinois State Senate, and Governor Bruce Rauner, which says: "I urge you to call members of the General Assembly and the Governor's office to pass a budget for FY16 or pass HOUSE BILL 4190 and SB 2040.
